Don’t let the word “bootcamp” scare you. This total body workout is designed to strengthen you, test your limits and to build your confidence. The structured circuit training will include 8 boot camp classes, nutrition education, at home workout plan, support, progress tracking, and most of all fun! This group fitness class will motivate and inspire you. Are you ready to start your fitness journey?
Jamie Kuebler is an avid workout enthusiast and a Certified Personal Trainer. As well as being an active member in the community she thrives in helping others with fitness education.

Exciting news! We have a new class this session. You won't find it in your catalog though. Jamie Kuebler will be leading Country Heat: a high-energy, low-impact dance workout that’s so simple and so fun, you’ll love it from the very first step. Each 30-minute routine is packed with easy-to-follow dance moves set to the hottest country music around. Try it for free on Monday, January 30th at 6:30 BWHS Room 100. The first session starts on February 6th at 6:30 and the second session starts on March 20th. Buy a punch card for $30 or walk - in for $7 per class. Babysitter training is provided locally by Baldwin Area EMS. The cost is $40. The spring date is Saturday, April 29. Please see catalog to the right for more information. The fall date for this class will be posted when it is set. For additional babysitter training, Hudson Hospital offers a class as well. Please see their flyer on the right side of this page.
CPR is offered the fourth Thursday of every month. All classes are 5:00-9:00 p.m.
Open Mic Night - next event February 3rd 6:00-8:00 p.m. all ages and experiences welcome. Public is welcome to watch and enjoy. D.J.'s Restuarante Juda. No fees. Call the C.E. office with questions.
